to yous a wireless modem router just as a router I.E plug in a other modem to modem rougter ?thanks in advance

If it has it's own modem, then no, because you don't have access to the hardware to connect the new modem to the WAN interface of the router. The best you can do is use the old router as a switch or hub

right , so i could plug phone cable into new modem router then plug new modem router in to old modem router via ethernet then ethernet old one to pc from old routher ?

Roughly, yes. You should make sure you have no more than 1 dhcp server enabled and take measures to ensure that the LAN interface IP addresses of the 2 routers do not clash and stuff like that.
