Printer and USB Hardrive NAS or Server.....

[link to this post]

I found this..... to enable the sahring of a printer and a usb hardrive, and simply plugs in to the router and running a programme on each PC to set the network up...

Is anyone aware of any other similar devices, whereby I can attach a USB Harddrive and use it as a print server on a home network, I really could do with some comparisons, and this is the only one I can find that seems simple enough and covers what I need.

I haven't used that but I do use a synology ds106j which is basically that plus a hard drive controller so it can have the hard drive inside it.

I have a canon ip5200 printer linked to it and it works fine although all bi-directional info (ie ink paper etc) isn't available.
