Wifi user connections - measuring/controlling data

Does anyone know of an ADSL Wireless Router which would enable the collecting of information about the amount of data downloaded/uploaded by each individual wireless connection, and be able to report on it and/or control it?

There have been a number of similar requests (and not just specific to wireless) .....

.... but so far no one has even come close to a solution (at least at an affordable price).

a Locustworld MeshAP would do this. Or any Linux based router that implements IPtables firewall and allows you to clock client traffic by MAC address.
