Fast Wired, Slow Wireless - only on one laptop

Done a search and can't find an answer even on google.

Sister has bought a new laptop - the same as mine (Samsung R530)

They are using a Belkin N1 Router

Her wired connection speed is 19mb/s, though the speedtest when wireless shows 0.5mb/s

Now I'd assume the router was causing problems first but her husbands laptop connects wireless and speedtest on his shows the full 18-19mb/s

I've updated the Driver, uninstalled and reinstalled the driver but still the same problem.

Any ideas?

what is the wireless link speed showing on the laptop ? ie 54M or whatever rather than a speed test.

Shows as 54mbps

Same on both laptops.

Have you tried telling the belkin to only offer a 802.11b or 802.11g service?
