Fitting the modern NTE5 (so long as thats all they have to do, i.e. arrive remove old one, put new one in its place) is £25+VAT. Ordered from the people you pay telephone line rental to, but get price confirmed, as not uncommon for them to want to charge a lot more.

If disabled then it is free.
