Simple question - Router placement & wiring

I want to move my wireless router to the centre of my house as I currently have 'blackspots'. I have a four core telephone wire (red, blue, green & white). Is it a simple case of wiring these into the NTE5 box and if so what colour wire goes to which terminal, and then plug the router in at its new location?

What sort of phone cable - are the wires in pairs twisted together? And is it solid core, if a stranded cable then not designed for connecting to IDC connectors.

NTE5 box can mean all manner of things, assuming you mean a removable faceplate then you want to do as in the picture...

i.e. the two wires from one pair on pins 2 and 5, and make sure nothing is connected to 3, no real need for 4 either.
