unlocking ECI OR modem

hi ive been given a ECI modem with my plusnet install ive looked on how to unlock them and come across the uart method but when i opened my modem up its completely different to the inside of the image shown in the article, it also says

ECI B-FOCuS V-2FUb/I Rev.B on the image in the article
but mines a
ECI B-FOCuS V-2FUb/R Rev.B

i cant seam to find the holes on the board has anyone else manage to unlock these ive looked on ebay and they hauwei modems seam to of shot up to 25 quid dont wanna pay that just ffor access to the interface lol
