RJ45/11 plug quality

Is one RJ45 or RJ11 plug going to be as good as any other one? Are there any that come recommended or to avoid? Or are they all pretty much the same ?

Pretty much all the same, the choice is down to which work best with your crimp tools i.e. try it and see
