Disabling a Billion 7800N to be a WiFI device only

I want to use the Billion7800N as a network extender, I have an ethernet cable that is connected to the Netgear Router supplied by Plusnet and I want to connect the cable to the Billion 700N so that I can use the WiFi remote from the main router.

What settings should I have to change to achieve this with the Billion 7800N

Give it a fixed IP in the network range. Turn off DHCP ... and that is (normally) all that is needed to convert a router to a WAP.
