Shared wi-fi user log

My BT Homehub 3 is shared between 4 users. I would like to log the times and bandwidth usage for each user.
Is there an easy to set up application for this purpose, preferably for Linux (Mint/Debian), though I could possibly use a Windows app under Wine.
