I have been using these on my BT connection and getting about 55Mbs at computers quite a long way from the router. I have a Virgin Media connection too and decided to see how the plugs work with that. My basic connection (router to laptop via Ethernet) gives me 124Mbs but with the plugs I barely get 20. I was wondering if the Home Plug results can vary between providers, and for what reason.
