IP Cam - Any Good Reviews

I have a Tenvis JPT3815W IP Cam that i am 95% happy with. I need to buy another IP Cam, however the two extra features that i want are 720p and the ability to turn on/off the infra red manually. I also only want to spend around £50. The ability to add a sd card would also be good.

Does anyone have one that they can provide a link to that they are using and are happy with.

I forgot to mention, this is for an indoor camera.

Part of the confusion is IR-CUT Infra Red Cut.
Some cameras say they have it (although i'm not 100% sure what it is) and the users say that you still cannot turn on/off the infra red manually.
