CCTV behind CGNAT?

I'm trying to find a solution to accessing my CCTV system from behind a Carrier Grade NAT on a 4G connection, I understand it's possible to use a VPN solution but I'm struggling to find any details.

I'm having to use a separate 3G router just for the CCTV at the moment but would like to do away with this as it's an expensive way around the problem.

Can anyone help please?
