Samknows white box no link on WAN

Afternoon,

Any other whitebox users out there? One just arrived this morning and I've connected it as documented but there is no link on the WAN port and the QSS light has been flashing constantly since I powered it on. Confident it as an issue with the white box (unless I need some non standard config) as I've tried multiple Ethernet cables and ports on my existing router.

Any one else experienced and resolved this? I've emailed samknows too.
