Switching from Merlin to DDwrt on an ASUS RT-AC87u.

Im looking to see if i can flash my router with the latest DDwrt firmware to see if i can sort a few niggling issues im having with wireless on my router.

Im wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of what i need and a video showing me what to do.

The reason i ask this is that DDWRT seems to have changed what u have to do to flash routers and ive read conflicting info so im confused on the process.
