Upload speed slow over Ethernet on Fritz!Box 7530

Hi there,

I've just connected my FritzBox 7530 to use the WiFi over the Virgin Media Hub 3, my download speed is 200mb and my upload around 20mb but not with the Fritzbox in the same room on 5Ghz the upload speed has dropped to less than 500/800Kbps, any thoughts on what's causing this? The Hub 3 is not on modem mode is on router and I've tried a few ethernet cables...
