BT Wholesale, Ethernet FTTP

Just came across this old ISPreview article. Apparently BTW launched this September last year as a "gap filler" between GEA FTTP and EAD leased line services. Needs an available FTTP service, but offers an uncontended service using FTTP fibre infrastructure.
