Plenty (unlike iPhone as Apple seem to have locked out apps from the lower-level channel scanning type information).

Though from a vendor it is not locked to Ubiquiti gear. There are similar offerings from others like Aruba that are comprehensive but may actually give too much technical detail:

I've used Inssider in the past but this is built in to Unifi so I have not used one recently.
