I have a Vigor2862Vac Router using firmware 3.9.6.2_BT.
On the System Maintenance >> SysLog / Mail Alert Setup page, I have enabled the Mail Alert feature, No issues there, with messages arriving in my email account. I am, however, bombarded with message at very frequent intervals which typically say:
2021/12/29 21:06:27 -- PPP Closed : LCP Time-out ():
What corrective action should I take to resolve this issue? A reboot does not make any difference to this issue. The ISP is Zen. The desktop computer is hardwired to the router.
