Had an email this morning from my contact at fs.com announcing the opening their UK Warehouse, that will ship UK orders directly instead of using their German warehouse. I'll just quote the essential bits:
Our UK warehouse has been launched and the first phase has been done, which serves as a transit hub temporarily.
We'll observe the order volume and customers' feedback. In the next steps, we're going to prepare stock for regular products there as our new Japan warehouse center does.
In the previous shipping policy, UK orders were shipped from our Germany warehouse center, which for more or less brought extra work for UK customers at clearance and tariff.
With its establishment, UK orders will be transhipped from the Asia warehouse to the UK transit center before local delivery. Shipping time is about 5~7 business days in total. This means you don't need to worry about customs clearance.
Below is the information about our UK entity. We work with DPD Parcel Services on delivery to UK customers. You can still enjoy free shipping for orders(heavy items excluded) over £79.00.
The new tranship mode will be online this Friday, 2/December. Hope to bring more convenience for you. Any questions or ideas about our UK delivery center will be welcome.
