ROG Rapture GT-AXE16000, Advanced router setup options.

[link to this post]

Hope everyone is well so as above I've got the Asus ROG rapture GT X16000
I am on a 2.2 Gb city fibre asymmetrical connection connected to the ONT using the Wan port which is a 2.5 Gb port and then connected to my PC using 1 of the 10 Gb LAN ports to my gaming PC with a 10 Gb network card using Cat seven cabling
.
So on the router options there are a couple of things that I just need to get some advice on first one seems to be some people say yes some people say no so I'd like to see if people are using it and if they've had any problems or gains one of them is jumbo frames so as I said the speeds above has anybody used jumbo frames in this scenario has it helped has there been any issues and should I use it and will there be any problems I primarily use the PC for gaming.
Another one is NAT acceleration trying to find information on this I just can't seem to so has anybody used the NAT acceleration options again has it helped has there been any issues will it make any difference to my network.
Also as mentioned the PC that I'm using I would like to have it connected to the router with the router not interfering with the connection at all so what options are the best for making the PC connect to the router with a direct open non-interference setup directly to the outside internet.
I am not worried about security I'm not worried about any security problems etc. I just want to know what the best settings are to have this connected to the router directly completely open to the internet with no interference at all.
Any suggestions and other information would be most grateful thank you in advance.

Nothing like trying it, I suppose. But jumbo frames are not meant to go on the internet. If your router can even handle them for that traffic, it will result in the router spending resource cutting them down to size

What do you mean by any of that? Especially 'interference'? You have to allow the router to route. You could get a small block of IP addresses from your ISP and give your gaming pc a public address, avoiding NAT in the router. But you might struggle configuring it. Or you could run the gaming pc on ipv6 if your game will work on ipv6. In ipv6, your computers have public ip addresses
