Reporting damaged Virgin street cabinet.

A street cab. on the footpath outside my residence, has been severely damaged.

It looks as if it might fall over if disturbed.

With whom do I report it?

I know Virgin are responsible but I can't find the correct 'phone No. or department.

Any ideas???

Customer Services - they have a number to report maintenance issues to.

If you don't have any luck with that, you could try and find the number for your local VM office - if they have one.

Thanks for the info.

If I call any of the service numbers, the auto answer asks for my Virgin 'phone No. to proceed.

The link from Rogan looks promising.

Believe it or not, there is a large Virgin Cable maint. depot not far away, very close to my BT exchange.

I contacted Virgin via the webform.

Their contractors called this morning and placed barriers around the damaged cab.
