List of exchanges with FTTC

[link to this post]

The BBC News website at http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/8474195.stm is saying "Think Broadband is maintaining a list of exchanges that are fitted with the fibre technology so people can check if it has come to their area."

Is this true? I couldn't find such a list.
