FTTC has missed me?

Recently moved into a house on a small new build street in Bristol. The infinity checker says that houses just down the road from me will be getting FTTC in June. For me though, it says I can't get it (that's both when I enter my postcode or my BT telephone number). Any ideas?

I've been through some of the information available online relating to cabinet upgrade roll-out plans, but my postcode isn't included as it's still 'new'. Sooooo frustrating. Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

If postcode is new, then probably just a case of waiting for databases to update, which should also happen with the phone number.

How long since you moved in?

Time to phone a fibre supplier and see if they can manually resolve it then

Just took your advice and rang BT. Guy said I could order FTTC and get a speed of 69mb. I thought that suspicious as the cabinets haven't yet been installed. Rang back another guy and he told me it wasn't available to me yet. Totally confused now.
