Resurrecting an old thread here, but I'm currently in the process of trying to figure out what's causing packet loss with our Airband FTTP connection. I have tried to rule out everything that I can with our home network by even connecting direct to the router they provided by Ethernet, but it still happens. Unfortunately, because Airband is CGNAT I can't setup a BQM so I'm looking at other ways to try and monitor it. In the meantime, I'm just wondering if anyone else who uses Airband, particularly their FTTP service, has also experienced or is experiencing packet loss issues?
