Virgin edia v2.0 Hub - how to read the upstream/downstream

[link to this post]

Hi

As per previous post, I am looking to diagnose and report on the results shown in the BBQM, which seem to show both dropped packets and latency on the router. Can anyone advise how I can get this information from the router ? It seems to only have status; upstream/downstream; configuration and networklogs (which as stated previously contain no data).

Hub 2.0 device information
The information below shows current status of this Hub 2.0.

Standard specification compliant : DOCSIS 3.1
Hardware version : 11

Thank you

Hi. As Bob has pointed out in your other thread, BQM is an external diagnostic utility. The only thing that is required in your side is enabling the capability for your router to respond to pings (ICMP). All other statistics and data are generated by the service and displayed on your Thinkbroadband account page (not the same as the forums account page for the avoidance of doubt)
