4G Router for WiFi in-car

I have an unlimited data sim that I want to use for our car journeys so that WiFi is provided for all occupants of the car.

Does anyone know of any small 4G LTE WiFi routers that can be used (and powered) by either a 5V USB or 12V car charger port, without a battery and power button (i.e. MiFi's) so that it is powered on as soon as you start the car? Must also support 5Ghz WiFi

I also thought about just using an old android phone with Hotspot/Tethering enabled but ideally I want something that is powered on and off with the car engine, plus most phones auto disable the hotspot after an amount of time or when no devices are connected.
