Hi-velocity with yet more problems with mac codes

I requested a Mac code from Hi-velocity 19 August and still haven't got it. That's 11 and a half weeks ago. Offcom have been contacted twice and still no joy - actually Offcom are about as much use as a paper hole punch.

If you bear in mind the words "Hi-velocity" and "MAC" and search the internet you'll begin to see a pattern form... so please don't choose Hi-velocity as your next ISP.
