C&W LLU speeds

Using this C&W LLU service I get 511K up & 5976K down sync speed with a SNR: 13 and Attn: 32. Any reason why I would be lmited to 511K up, I was expecting a higer value, say 1024k?

Is there a matrix of up/down speeds for these LLU services

Your upstream appears to have been capped. Did you have an incoming call issue by any chance?

no, but had a connection that kept dropping and not reconnecting for ages. As it did so, the speeds just went smaller and smaller to the values stated. This looks to have been fixed after it was off for the weekend & fixed on monday by C&W.

What do people normally get up speed?
