Xilo C&W LLU - Interleave Depth

On Xilo's C&W LLU. My line is interleaved down & fast path up.

My usual downstream interleave depth as shown by RouterStats is 32. However, if my routers reboots too often the interleave depth will increase to 64 which I understand is the maximum.

Can the downstream interleave depth be set at default to 64 at the Xilo / CW end.

Would there be much difference to the ping rate from such an increase?

C&W's official stance is that unless there is a fault, they will not make any profile changes.

What you're describing isn't a fault unfortunately and they'll point blank refuse to do anything. Unless of course the issue is that at 32, the line isn't stable enough and you want it higher for stability - in which case we might have better luck.

I have been having some stability issues recently with the router rebooting when the interleave depth is at 32. When it is at 64 things are much better.

Look I will monitor for now and if need be call you direct.
