After waiting 25 minutes for Xilo to pick the phone up, they informed me that C&W doesn't allow for fastpath, period. I was under the impression that they did and that it was Xilo who chose not to offer it on certain products. I've read other conflicting information and some of it was a bit dated and suggested that the situation might change.

Can anybody clarify and outline the current state of play?

I was on hold with these for ages but was told ithe max que time qas 4 minutes so i guess we were both in a black hole while on wait.

I think you may have been calling the wrong number as our system does not have the ability to list queue wait times.

When did you call? I've checked our queue stats for 21st and 22nd and the longest a sales call waited was 4 minutes.

I mean... that the phone system doesn't indicate that whilst in a queue - hence not having that functionality - which is what I thought the user meant.

We can report on this at a later stage but that was not what I said, as can be seen from what you quoted.
