Hi,
As some of you may have noticed, we have been having some issues with our phone lines, with calls being engaged or just not getting through.
This has been caused by one of our SIP providers having an issue, all calls have been going over the second carrier but we only had 4 channels active with this other carrier.
We have provisioned another 3 blocks of channels and these should be live in the next hour so you should no longer have any issues.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
