Would any TalkTalk resellers be kind any check if there is a date for LLU to be enabled on exchange NIAL / Aghalee?

Samknows gave me wrong information the last time but hopefully now that it's updated it's correct.

And any dates on 21CN?

Looks like you can either have the ADSL product or if lucky FTTC. I assume you are unlucky and hence any other dates are a wait until physically working, which normally means never....
