Can you get a static IP ?
All our product come with a static IP and also our broadband unlimited can also have an IPv6 address as well if needed.
How many can you have ?

WOW nice! But what's the extra change for 8?
No extra charge as long as we can justify the need for it (most things can be done with NAT)

No issues migrating from BE Retail?
Be* Unlimited
That's no problem either.
Have I got a customer for you?!
Can think of 2 off the top of my head
Be* Unlimited
Thank you for confirming that
There are a limited few who seem to think it's not possible
Couldn't see why since I know of people who have migrated from BE Retail or O2 to A&A Be or ADSL24 Be without problem

That's no problem either. Can you change the INP?
I believe I saw a post that said INP1 (service profile 20) wasn't available as a profile option
Be* Unlimited
Well we have it in our list of profiles (although it does have some issues with some Thompson routers)
Was Xilo who said they didn't do INP1 - strange!

Interested in what issues you have found with INP1 and some Thompson routers
I'm on INP0 on a 780WL
Seems to work fine with the 585v7
Be* Unlimited

INP1 is not available as its the value product and BE have not allowed the INP profile for this. So on the value product its 2 or 0 respectively. The other two packages can have 2, 1 or 0 INP.

Again no problem. I would be surprised if some posters on this site weren't falling over each other in their rush to join.

INP1 is as avaible on Be* Value if you ask CS nicely

Well we have it in our list of profiles (although it does have some issues with some Thompson routers)
What issues? I have a Billion and wondering if my router has a problem with the Thompson profile which works fine. Ticket 447578
