Vivaciti change MurphX to Entanet?

I have been with vivaciti for awhile on the MurphX unlimited account.

As per my last posting, the accounts have changed, when doing a tracert today I found that the trace is via EntaNet now, not MurphX.

SO does that mean I am no longer LLU? Or am I back on the BT products again?

And I moved from UKFSN to Vivaciti only to get away from Entanet as at the time the speed and reliability were terrible towards the end of being with UKFSN (It may of improved since leaving I do not know - and its nothing against UKFSN who were great).

I must admit my connectiping on to the exchange has been a lot better, i now connect at 5meg, instead of unstable connection anywhere from 3.5 -4meg, with the SNR dropping down. SNR has hovered round 6db all the time so far.

I hope entanet are a lot better as I dont want to have to move ISP again.

The only way tracert test showing different results is if Vivaciti has migrated your connection back to Entanert. Have you asked them to migrate you back to Entanet?

There " New broadband Unlimited (BE Wholesale) packages" seem to be via Entanet base on a tracert maybe you have been moved on that package?
