Don't know how many customers of Vivaciti are on here or check the Viva Announcements page but it seems Viva are moving to new offices and there will be a server move. Here's the a copy of the announcement.
During the month of March we will be undertaking a move of our primary offices to our new offices.
Any disruption to our sales and support services will be kept to a minimum, but outside of office hours there may be some disruption to our phone lines and access to primary support systems while we start to move our servers to the new location.
If you have a support issue outside office hours and are unable to get access to our support staff via the telephone, please try again a short time later.
