Does the Bill detail what you received or the dates for which they are billing you?

It does... Feb this year. Been with Vivaciti for at least 2 years. Most odd and still no email back.

Did you call our sales line earlier today by any chance? If not, then we had someone else report something exactly the same (though not sure the value was £130).

O-bit are a joke.
We trialled them once as a wholesaler and did not get past 20 live end users before we sacked them off.
They are STILL billing us for a line that migrated to another provider in January 2010 and do not understand that the customer moved away. That's close to £1,000 they now owe us and they are just impossible to get someone involved to resolve the issue. We'll be taking them to court soon to highlight their incompetence in dealing with the matter.

Daisy Group plc, a leading provider of unified business communications services, has announced the acquisition of O-bit Telecom.
The existing CEO, David Breith, and his senior management team will remain with O-bit and report to Daisy Wholesales Managing Director, Carl Churchill who will lead its integration and drive further growth.

Interesting. I'm with Vivaciti on an O-bit connection and getting a bit nervous reading these reports.

I would not be concerned as their network is no problem now from what I see, as it has moved to the Daisy network (or part of it), so it's a lot different to when we trialled with them, however we continue to have those billing issues with them on a monthly basis
My advice is not to worry, it's probably an isolated case.

Sorry, but i think that's the wrong advice to be giving out. Surely anything wrongly billed should be a worry?
If your getting wrongly billed (monthly as you state) and so is the original poster, then it's not isolated.

I can only comment from our experience, so would not want to cause undue worry or panic without having the backup from others to say it's also happening to them. Two incidents from a potential of from thousands of customers doesn't necessarily highlight a larger problem, as every ISP will have billing discrepancies from time to time, but what I'm concerned about is how (or lack of) they have failed to handle the situation.

We have contacted O-bit to find out why you have recieved this bill and it appears to be a data feed error from their suppliers systems. Can you post the invoice number so we may double check this and get it deleted.
If you need us further please drop us a call.
