I'm going to make the jump to LLU (Be Wholesale) with Xilo
I know there's a connection charge but will there be a cease charge from BTW?

Generally, no as you'd be migrating with a MAC.
If you're in term with your exiting supplier, you'd likely have to pay some of the remaining term but no cease fee.

More importantly, will there be a cease charge when you decide to return to Zen?

If they move with a MAC and no outstanding contract terms when leaving SMPF with Xilo should be no cease charges then

I left Zen for partial LLU with Vivaciti. I think it's the same path back. Although I cant see me moving back unless it goes pear shaped or bust.

No cease charge as it is SMPF and you will be migrating with a MAC, although I did not know there was a connection charge as well if its a migration???

I was looking at the Pro LLU package but I backed out as it would have cost me a total of 65 quid to move (I am aware that this is the cost IISPs have to pass on for work done by Openreach.
Anyway, I've just placed an order for Vivaciti's BT Wholesale (it said BW) based unlimited package at 18 quid a month, saving myself 2 quid over Freeola and gaining an uncapped service.
Goes live on 6th November,

Third down, limited to max of 12MB downstream throughput but as I get no more than 3.5MB down there's no point in paying for up to 20 Meg.

It said BW when selected, could that actually be BE Wholesale?

BW?
Anyway, yes, I believe that is Be. (O2 Wholesale, probably only the DSLAM, not O2/Be backhaul). It certainly isn't BT Wholesale.
Should be a good service.
The "Family/Allowance packages" are the BTW/Entanet ones.

I don't know. I think all the reseller ISPs here have different arrangements depending on the package, and also usually different from each other. Unlike when all we had were Entanet resellers, where the complete service was Enta.

Well all will become clear on 9th November.
Support appears to be good though as questions I've asked have been answered quickly.
