The first one only became apparent in the past few days, when I found out that my upload has somehow been capped at around 0.4 Mbit despite syncing at 832 kpbs. When I was first connected, the upload has been fine at around 0.7 Mbit. Vivaciti are looking at it but no solution yet. Downloads are fine (see below).
BT Wholesale speed checker says the following:
Download speed: 6.63
Upload speed: 0.41
Latency: 37ms
Download speedachieved during the test was - 6.63 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 1.2 Mbps-7.15 Mbps.
Additional Information:
Your DSL Connection Rate :8.13 Mbps(DOWN-STREAM), 0.83 Mbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 7.15 Mbps
The other issue I have is with the TBB speed tester where the 6x HTTP download never maxes out my connection and actually starts to drop shortly after the test starts but 1x HTTP does! My partner's Sky connection is also sporadic but my parents on PlusNet don't have this issue - both tests max out their connection.

In the real world, I haven't yet noticed any downloading issues.
Any ideas?
