From what PaulComs said above I understood that all the 'My Account' details would be swapped over yesterday so allowing us to see our usage etc. My line was swapped over two weeks ago but my own details in 'My Account' are still as they were before changeover and I have no usage details at all, let alone anything else. I raised a ticket about this and am told the 'My Account' details have not all been swapped over yet and will not be for a few days.

What we need is a proper update page on the site so that we can see what progress is being done on these matters as we seem to be bumping about in the dark.

My_brain_hurts - Make sure you use this link to login https://myaccount.coms.com/

It seems the old adsl24 portal is still live, so unless the url updates you wont see the new link

I've been having multiple disconnects/no internet hangs for days, ADSL Light on but Internet Light Off (so had to turn router off for a while to reconnect). I know it's not my router as it syncs fine at >17000 and till the switchover I had no problems apart from a line problem a few weeks ago that got fixed by BT. On the remote off chance that the line problem was causing the issues I raised a ticket yesterday on the new coms.com portal hoping they would tell me one way or the other. Just logged into the coms portal tonight and it has NO record of me raising any tickets at all (it was NOT raised on the adsl24 portal). I guess that's one way of dealing with tickets....unfortunately for me it's the last straw.

I'm even considering going with BT fibre as it seems I can now get 60 megs+ and they seems to have the best offer at the moment? (unlimited, free'ish homehub 5, free installation, data extension & £50 sainsbury voucher). Really don't like big ISPs and their long contracts though I guess I can just migrate to another BT fibre ISP in 18 months time...

Raised a ticket for a MAC code, hopefully that won't get deleted as well.....

Goodbye adsl24, I will miss you.

@ bobble_bob

Thanks for that....yes indeed on THAT link I can get into My Account and see what I've used etc. I've been using the old ADSL24 link.

Where did you get the link from, did I miss something, would have been nice for support to have directed me there. Feeling like I'm succumbing to mushroom syndrome...

Coms have set a redirect from the top level domain https://adsl24.co.uk to https://myaccount.coms.com but not from the ADSL MyAccount page itself https://adsl24.co.uk/myaccount/

I've received no notification about the new account URL. A few dots need joining up methinks.
