Have you had a response yet from your ticket? I thought my account and control panel would have been deleted after I used my MAC code. Looking over Coms site it does seem a bit ominous that there are no telephone numbers to call or maybe I missed seeing them. Anyone else find a telephone number to call technical support, billing or any other department?


Nothing yet but to be fair it has not been raised that long. However, I used my MAC at the end of Jan and have already paid for Feb.

I'm the same. I paid on the 1st of February and got my MAC the same day and used it that day also. I don't mind paying up if I'm due to pay but as February is all paid for in advance then there is nothing more to pay on my part as far as I can see.

Hello PaulComs,

Thanks for your reply.

I have been in contact with Billing via email and because the invoices are generated automatically it meant I was billed for March, however, as the money hadn't yet been taken, they advised me to cancel my Direct Debit and they would put a cancellation on the invoice.

So, it's all sorted out now - thanks.

You may find its been taken. Although it won't come out of your account as DD don't get proceeded on a weekend, coms will have requested the money 2 days ago as DD take 3 working days to process
