Hi everyone,has anyone else been unable to log into there Coms account & billing tonight,on mine it says an error with my username or password,it's worked up until tonight i've sent a pm to paul & dan coms.
The cpanel side has had an issue & affects a lot of users so i'm told by coms.

So it's not just me then and not for the first time either.
Using the "Forgot Password" function generates an error as it doesn't recognise my email addy and username.
Rapidly loosing faith in Coms as they can't seem to get even the little things right.

Not just you mate I can't log in either, probably a good thing too as I really don't want to be giving them my money on Monday for the terrible service we are getting from them now!

I just tried to log in. After I hit submit, the entire page is filled with code and I'm told my username/password is incorrect.

Just this minute tried again and it now works.
Odd, very odd.

Its always had issues. When i was moved to coms my user/pass didn't work.
Did the forget pass, new pass didn't work.
Rang coms and then told me my original password over the phone.
Go figure.

I couldn't on either of my accounts at about midnight. Wrong username or password.
Seems OK now.

No usage stats though, ive used 0gb apparently. Not an issue for me never get near my 100gb anyway

I wonder if we are ever going to get the Line Option function back. It was promised in January them slipped a week but it's now well past when Paul promised it for and doesn't seem to get a mention any more.

If you raise a ticket and tell them what you're after, they've been damn fast from my experience.
