It's not impossible to go from TT MPF to another MPF service... it's just not possible for us at least to to TT MPF to TTB MPF.

Have any Coms users successfully moved to another provider with a TT MPF service? If so which provider have you gone to? I'm not keen on moving back to BT on an 18 month contract.

I am in the same position as the OP. i have a coms complete (LLU) package and I now want to migrate -but i am being told i must move back to a BT phone line first. That appears to cost £130 from BT. Is there a cheaper alternative? can anyone advise the best route?

also, how does this actually work in practice -do I inform BT that i wish to migrate away from Coms complete -so that BT then writes to Coms as there is no MAC in this process?

should i instead go with, say, Plusnet ,who also offer to transfer the line back to BT as part of taking their package, for a fee of £50. any advice appreciated from someone who has done this. I should never have gone for the LLU option.

keeping my phone number is not an issue -so would it be better just to dump the existing line completely and just get a new line

Hi.
Excuse my ignorance, but could anyone please expand on what "TT MPF" & "TTB MPF" means?
I'm with COMS complete package & wish to migrate away. But as already mentioned by others XILO say I have to go back to BT first. Can this be landline only, then add broadband to it later by someone else? Don't want have to start from scratch as there are significant set-up charges.
Cheers

Is it possible to migrate from a Coms Complete package to separate Vivaciti packages for broadband and phone?
