Vivaciti - is it still there?

Just been on holiday and over that time the vivaciti service has been hit and miss with today looking as though the whole web service, DNS, email is offline for me and some of the other internet DNS checkers.

Have I missed something while on holiday?

I just spoke to them on the phone about something else, they are doing fine.
As you get through the first message you hear is about a major outage affecting them, I've still got my connection though.

well nearly a month since you guys had problems with Vivaciti but it's been very POOR for me had two lots of can not connect though out may - latest being again today 29th May 2014 was working about an hour ago, went back on line and Problems again connecting to anything vivaciti. out of 4 weeks of service i have had about 3 weeks use/access to anything vivaciti. WHACK still got billed FULL price. BT EALOW - Lowestoft, anyone else with problems?

Nope, good as gold for me. and I have been playing with different routers today. Such a breath of fresh air after escaping from that shambles called Coms!

I am on the same exchange as you and with Vivaciti on C&W LLU no problems here yesterday or any time in in May.
