Coms. Who to inform about leaving?

Looking at the Coms site the only way to communicate with them is through the helpline or ticket system. Is this the best/only way to do this. I'm moving to BT infinity and phone (hopefully on the 12th) and the guy on the phone said they (BT) would do the transfer and that I didn't have to tell Coms as they would. When I get the paperwork from BT with a confirmed date, I would like to get in touch with Coms to tell them myself.

I used the ticket system to inform coms of my desire to ditch them. Firstly I requested a MAC code from them via the ticket system and was informed I should contact them when I had a "live date" with my new supplier (just to be on the safe side). So I sent a second ticket to them once I knew my change over date.

I know several people have complained about long delays between replies but in my case I can say they answered my tickets in a fairly speedy manner.

I raised a ticket with Coms on Friday night requesting my MAC.
I received the MAC by email on Saturday morning so a good fast response.
