Dear customer,
We are contacting you today to inform you that the broadband package you are currently on is being withdrawn from service and in line with our terms and conditions we are giving you one month�s notice of this withdrawal.
We had removed this package from sale for new connections for some time now as the package is too restrictive and we have had a large number of issues with the suppler as to the reliability of the service.
Unfortunately as the package is a combined phone and broadband package we have no comparable service in line with the price you are currently paying for this service, those customers who are still in contract with their service are being released from the contract with no penalties.
We can convert your service to a separate phone and broadband service but not at the current cost, if you wish to move to the separate package, the cost of this are below.
It is with regret that we are having to remove this package and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you our customer, but I am afraid the service will be removed by the 15th July 2014, you are of course able to move to another provider if you wish but if you can please reply to this email letting us know if you wish to be moved to the separate package or if you will move to another provider so we can make sure billing is sorted and the account closed down.

Our phone basic line rental is £11.40 per month, our unlimited broadband service is £21.00 per month (all prices including VAT) as part of this change of package we will offer you the line conversion free of charge subject to contract.
