I received my MAC on the 1st of February and moved over to another isp on the 10th of February.

Not at the mo. Paulcoms removed me from traffic management so get full speeds on usenet

You're happy to give your custom to a company that will provide others with a reduced service for the same price? Mercenary inconsistency of this kind strikes me as a good reason to leave.
