Dissolved as of next Tuesday smile.

First notification on 3 April.

A bit of a tangled web to follow there, it terms of the various follow-up companies. What is certain is that for a long time it hasn't been the company that uses vivaciti as its trading name.

Too tired now. Why it wasn't dissolved by the director I know not, but IIRC there have been two companies since with J and V Data Services the second of those.

Certainly the striking off of itself is not important. What is going on may be.

I do mine for free smile. My free source does show the 17/7 notice, though you have to pay 80p to download it so I didn't.
