Vivaciti: Second notification of stike-off action

Why do these resellers not get accounts done on time crazy

First UKFSN now Vivaciti, wonder if they will go same way as UKFSN down the sole trader route

Uh uh! There are lots of J Vs.

Vivaciti are currently J AND V DATA SERVICES LTD, Company No: 08555127. No apparent problems wrt accounts/Companies House.

Which company are you looking at? Some are old vivaciti ones, some are nothing to do with them.

I looked at Vivaciti and JV data services which is dissolved both have/had K Prust as a director.J AND V DATA SERVICES LTD incorporated since 04/06/13 no longer as K Prust as a director since the middle of March this year. Think i need to look in to this a bit deeper all seems a bit confusing, they seem to be changing company name after short periods for some reason

Yes, I know. But the current T & Cs say "Vivaciti is a trading name of J and V Data Services Ltd whose address is 358 London Road".

I think maybe we should change the Subject. Or better still remove the incorrect Subject then delete all posts, until there is something valid to report smile.

At the moment, vivaciti are certainly not on a Second Notification.

Been through the Corporate Insolvency notices, and "All Notices" for 17 July 2014.

Please can you give the specific company name or number you are looking at, or a relevant search term please smile.

Dissolved as of next Tuesday smile.

First notification on 3 April.

A bit of a tangled web to follow there, it terms of the various follow-up companies. What is certain is that for a long time it hasn't been the company that uses vivaciti as its trading name.

Too tired now. Why it wasn't dissolved by the director I know not, but IIRC there have been two companies since with J and V Data Services the second of those.

Certainly the striking off of itself is not important. What is going on may be.

Last invoice from Vivaciti Ltd was on 22/01/2014, the next invoice was J and V Ltd. as written above, no other changes noted.

Edit: When looking my static IP up on speedtest.net it comes up as Vivaciti Ltd. too.

Looks like RIPE don't know or have not updated their records.

ftp://ftp.ripe.net/ripe/stats/membership/alloclist.txt
https://www.ripe.net/membership/indices/data/uk.viva...

They probably need too before RIPE close their LIR account and suspend all active resources.

By 'suspend all resources', do you mean that IPs allocated to Vivaciti Ltd could stop working and hence my connection would stop working?

Not immediately, no. If they were made aware and no user agreement was signed for the transfer of resources, RIPE can ask anyone advertising said blocks to stop.

status: ASSIGNED PA
mnt-by: VIVACITI
mnt-by: ENTANET-MNT

Do the above entries perhaps mean the real holder is Entanet and Enta have assigned them to Vivaciti Ltd? In which case RIPE won't care and I doubt if Enta will either seeing as their active customer is J and V etc.

No. It just means that those two maintainers can make changes to the object they are assigned.
