Can no longer login to Vivaciti account

Went to Vivaciti.net site to find everything has changed and my login no longer works. As a matter of fact I was going there to change my email address (used to login) but no go, so I cant access my tickets or account!

A hunch tells me to suggest you try again, perhaps today and certainly tomorrow.

No go even at alternative site. Seems the login now ends with vivaciti.net.uk whereas before it was my email address.

I've just gone back in on

And used my usual email address and password in "control panel login "

Addendum
I ignored the Account login boxes , just used the cPanel login boxes.
This takes me to the "Client Area" page
Can access my account details and change password etc,

My mistake I was using the wrong login box, I am in now.

Agree the login boxes labelling is at best mis-leading.

Lol, I run WordPress sites so thought I'd take a look..... Not only is it a WordPress theme, but its a budget one that anyone can buy for $9 (Around £5).

They have made some improvements to it mind.
